AUTHOR SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT

The main goal of author supervision is to ensure that the result matches the project and meets the client’s expectations.

WHY DO YOU NEED AUTHOR SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT DURING THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION?

A good interior design project alone does not guarantee a high-quality result, despite the comprehensive information provided in the project documentation.
The author knows the project better than even the most careful contractor and can spot seemingly minor errors, making the necessary changes without disrupting the overall vision of the approved design.

  • You save time and nerves.
  • You avoid wasting time and money on incorrect decisions.
  • Execution that matches the project.
  • Unforeseen circumstances may arise during the repair and installation works, which could lead to significant changes in the project if not addressed correctly and on time. In such cases, we provide appropriate solutions to ensure the overall design remains unchanged.

We plan the delivery of materials, which helps avoid additional difficulties at the work site and ensures a smooth transition from one task to the next.

  • Organization and delivery of materials.
  • Coordination of third-party work (contractors)—we handle all the difficulties of communication and synchronization between specialists in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, plastering, door installation, flooring, etc.
  • Constant communication with all parties involved in the project’s execution.

During the project’s implementation, many questions arise that require quick coordination and response. As project executors, we can promptly provide the necessary information.

  • Project changes in case of unforeseen circumstances and updates to 3D visualizations and drawings.
  • Approval of colors and samples.

MANAGEMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Coordinating project documentation and obtaining permits from official authorities.
  • Responsibility for the services of contractors and their quality.
  • Responsibility for the quality of materials, furniture, and others.
  • Responsibility for the storage of materials, sanitary items, lighting fixtures, furniture, etc.
  • Purchasing materials, furniture, and other items, including samples and colors.
  • Transferring funds to third parties (payments for something).
